“ For me it is one of the best Mexican restaurants that exist in Eugene Oregon. Its the closest thing to authentic Mexican food. They have a wide variety of dishes. My favorite dishes are Chimichanga and Chile relleno. You can order one, two or three items in combinations like the Macho Grande. They have a wide variety of drinks, the best are their Margaritas! ”
“ We have been eating here for years, and we keep coming back. Each and every time we are greeted with a friendly smile and welcoming greeting. We are promptly seated and the chips and salsa are delivered and keep flowing until you cannot eat anymore. If you order a soda, it will be promptly refilled as soon as you finish. Our food is always delivered hot and fresh, and in a very timely matter. The waitstaff seems to always help one another, as if they see you need something, they are right on it without waiting for your server. We will continue to frequent because the food is great, the atmosphere is clean and happy and the service is top notch. ”
“ Very traditional Mexican American food. The chips and salsa starter is decent, fresh chips, not very spicy salsa. They have a habanero salsa as well, fairly mild for habanero. The food is exactly as youd expect for this genre. The lunch specials were 10.95 a decent price for a very filling meal, and included rice and beans. Ill probably never be in this neighborhood again, but if I was local, Id probably come back. ”

“ What a great meal. The bean dip was hot and delicious. The table salsa was fresh and tasty. We ordered the Chile Colorado Burrito and the Macho Chicken Burrito, sub Burrito Sauce for Chile Verde. Ill be honest, I make a better Chile Colorado at home, but it satisfied nonetheless. Both meals were tasty and hit the spot. It was MILES above the meal I recently ate in Texas, and they are closer to the home of the cuisine. Cadillac margaritas were tasty, and you could actually taste the tequila in them! Kudos! Well be back! ”
“ Even though they dont take reservations, they did accomodate our group of 10 without hesitation. This is a handy, but slightly hidden gem. They are located off Goodpasture Island Road Delta Hwy. Our food was exceptional, hot, fresh, popping with taste I experienced no sneezing whatsoever! That means no funny business in the kitchen by way of additives, chemicals or flavor enhancers! A million gold stars for that alone. I ordered Pollo a la crema their Crema sauce is the best I have had since first trying Crema sauce back in Baltimore. Rice for me at a lot of Mexican themed restaurants is not tasty bland. The rice here is quite delicious not dried out at all. The refried beans were creamy tasted wonderfully homemade. My Chicken Pollo was tender, no gristle or weird pieces, it tasted quite fresh was melt in my mouth good, drenched in their Crema Sauce. I wanted to lick my plate! It also came with your choice of corn or flour tortillas I chose flour. There were 3 tortillas, so I ate only one I made 2 wraps full of leftovers to take home for the next day. I am amazed I havent eaten here before, since its close to home. I am taking my adult kids here soon, so they too can experience the vast menu have the same great flavors I did! ”
